Weinstein & Associates, Inc. (W&A) contracts with Qualifacts InSync for EHR/EMR Health and Medical Records Software. Qualifacts contracts with Twilio, a third-party vendor providing appointment reminders (voice, text, and/or email). Message and data rates may apply.
W&A clients that have chosen to receive text and/or email reminders can expect to receive appointment reminders 2 days prior to their scheduled appointment at or around 10:00 am EST. Clients requesting voice reminders can expect to receive a phone call, to the number provided, the day before their scheduled appointment except for appointments on Monday or after a holiday. Those voice reminder calls will be made the last business day prior to Monday or the holiday.
Opt-out instructions: Clients can call 216-831-1040 to opt-out of appointment reminders.
