Weinstein & Associates' clinical staff, consisting of psychologists and independently licensed counselors and social workers, practice out of our 19 Ohio offices.  Our administrative teams coordinates all schedules, billing, records requests, etc. out of our Beachwood, Ohio headquarters. We are a collaborative, helpful and hard working team.  Clinically, we are rehabilitation-oriented within a cognitive-behavioral context. Work consists of psychotherapy with an adult population.  Psychodiagnostic evaluations are available for psychologists.  

Minimum Requirements:
  • Ohio license in good standing
  • Adult psychotherapy and evaluation experience (preferred, training and oversight provided)
  • Laptop, smart phone
  • Knowledge of HIPAA –HITECH (training provided)
  • Willingness to travel locally

Some consistent, local travel is part of a commitment with our group.  Your schedule will be coordinated to maximize your clinical hours while minimizing travel time with the goal of achieving work/life balance. Although you will work fairly independently, you have the support of our Clinical Director, peers, administrative staff, as well as extensive and ongoing training. Our benefits for full-time clinicians (32-40 hours/week) include-

We do not encourage nor look to employ psychologists, social workers, counselors who are working in other private clinical settings. We prefer a full time commitment, yet a part time position will be considered for ideal candidates not working elsewhere. Please note that we do not provide health benefits for full time employees.  Our clinical staff is generously compensated and enjoy a pleasant and professionally satisfying work environment.

Psychologist

Adult psychotherapy and evaluation experience is preferred, yet extensive, ongoing training and support is provided and always available. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish/English).  We have immediate needs in our North East, North West, Central and Southern Ohio offices for a psychologists to provide psychodaignostic evaluations and therapy.

Independently Licensed Counselors and Social Workers

Adult psychotherapy experience is preferred, yet extensive, ongoing training and support is provided and always available. Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish/English).  We have immediate needs in our North East and Central Ohio offices to provide individual psychotherapy, case management and appeal submission.
