Effective October 7, 2024, we are switching to a new Electronic Medical Records system called Insync. The Insync system includes a patient portal.
Current clients will begin receiving an email from Weinstein & Associates welcoming you to our patient portal. Please follow the directions to setup your patient portal. An email address is required to access the patient portal, and use Insync's telemedicine platform, Zoom. If you're unsure if we have your email address, please call our office to confirm: 216-831-1040.
After creating your patient portal account, you will be able to see your upcoming appointments, sign releases, recieve information from your therapist, etc., including checking-in for your telemedicine sessions.
*Please note the recommended web browsers are Google Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. The Safari web browser is not compatable. Please be patient with us during this transition.
