Thomas F. Gannon, LISW-S
Mr. Gannon, M.S.S.A., is licensed in the state of Ohio as an Independent Social Worker Supervisor. Mr. Gannon graduated from Case Western Reserve University Mandell School of Applied Social Sciences in 1977 with a Specialization in Aging.
Mr. Gannon has been providing psychotherapy treatment to clients at Weinstein & Associates, Inc. His therapy orientation is cognitive-behavioral. He has worked in a variety of settings, including community mental health, nursing home, and hospitals. Positions have included Director of Geauga County Office on Aging, Catholic Charities Office on Aging Human Services Coordinator, Acting Administrator of Cedarwood Plaza, and several social service and case management positions.
Over the years, he has served on many boards and committees providing funding, planning, consulting, and advocacy on behalf of older adults. Mr. Gannon’s interests include assisted living and the aging of the baby boomers. He is a member of the National Association of Social Workers and a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers.
