Dr. Miller has been associated with Weinstein & Associates almost continuously since 1984. He attained his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Fielding Graduate University in 2004 and was licensed in Ohio as a psychologist in December 2005, having attained one of the highest scores on the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology ever attained in the state of Ohio. He performs a wide variety of psychological evaluations for adult diagnostic purposes, including Additional Allowance, PPD, PTD and Social Security Disability and Vocational Evaluations, provides adult individual psychotherapy, and developed the relational database program used by the clinicians and staff at Weinstein & Associates to generate and track electronic casenotes, treatment summaries, and BWC forms required to document treatment.
